5 Stars Unbelievable!1
This game is totally awesome and you absolutely must play this online. It completely changes the entire dynamic of the game when you play online because every single player you play online is a real person somewhere and you progress upward from a private all the way to who knows what! Also this game is barely an M rating and I think it should have gotten a T rating. There is a very small amount of red splatter when you take someone out. Don’t let the M scare you off, it’s really an awesome soldier game.

4 Stars amazing
I loved this game. it is so real and I felt that I was inside the war.

5 Stars Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare - Game of the Year - You Betcha!
Call of Duty 4 ( COD4 Modern Warfare ) is one of the best First-Person shooter games ever developed for any platform.

The Artificial Intelligence ( AI ) engine in this game is stunning.

The first thing you realize when beginning this game is the game developers knew what they were doing. And they wanted you to succeed! They provide an elite training center for you to hone your targeting, stealth, fast-roping, and quick-entry skills, for engaging Tangos, and then they make you part of a frosty team of Elite special forces from the West, and the far east.

And this game is cinematically intense: With amazing special effects, realistic depth of field, rim-lighting, character self-shadowing, texture streaming as well as physics-enabled effects that will enlist players in the most photo-realistic gaming experience of their lives.

I had to sit down and really think what made this game so good. And the density of armaments, and skilled manpower you have to overcome!

If you like to fire your weapon, this game will quickly turn your finger into jelly.

They provide you with some intimidating firepower, like the M-249 SAW .50 Cal gas cooled light machine gun. Capable of firing 750-1,000 rounds/minute, with an escape muzzle velocity of 915 meters/second ( 3,002 ft/s ) - These rounds are man-stoppers. Weapon handling and report feel life-like.

And there are over 70 tactical weapons employed in the game. They provide assault rifles with laser sites, and grenade launchers, claymore mines, as well as accessories like night-vision goggles and ghillie camoflauge suits, for maximum concealment.

You are more than adequately equipped for each campaign.

My favorite mission is the breached entry raid into the television station. The building is overwhelmed with well-armed grenade wielding hostiles, and there is almost no cover from them! Fire sure and do your best. You have to be assertive to quickly cover ground.

5 Stars Great game.
A great single player, as well as an awesome online community. The ranking system will really draw you in.

5 Stars AWESOME First Person Shooter!!!
If you like first person shooters, this is the game for you! The graphics are amazing and the gameplay is very realistic. I love the on-line portion of the game. The campaign mode is a bit short, but the online portion will keep you playing this game for a long time.

4 Stars GOTY has no differences anymore — no free map pack
Please do not purchase this game thinking you are getting the free map pack. There are many postings online, and my friend recently purchased this from Amazon, and they all say that the Call of Duty 4 Game of the Year Edition no longer has a code for free maps.

If you ask me, there should be a law against this type of marketing, because they “Game of the Year Edition” typically means the same game but with added freebies. There is nothing new if the map pack is not included.

Other than that, it is a good game. I just feel that people buying this game now are being cheated, because their friends told them how they were able to get the map pack for free if they buy the GOTY edition.

5 Stars This has single player?? Multi-player rules!
My son got this and couldn’t put it down for a week. I finally watched decided it looked like fun, tried it when he wasn’t around, then got hooked.

I played just the first two sections of the single-player campaign. While it is created very well, the multi-player is so good that I can’t go back to single.

The multi has 11 different ways to play. There’s different ways to play team deathmatches, a capture the flag game (Domination), setting a bomb & preventing the other team from defusing it, etc.

Plus as you get experience points and get promoted up the ranks, you’ll get more choices in weapons, add-ons, and perks.

Also, there’s about 15 different maps. They’re all done amazingly well, with what’s obscured, where the hiding places are, the size, etc. Also, they put in the effect your eyes have in the daylight of when you’re in a building and walk towards a window, at first you just see white glare, but as you get closer, you can see the things outside.

If you’ve never played multi-player, it’s not like single that requires a start to finish, specific order type thing. Multi is pretty free-form. That’s the awesomeness of it. By the way, there are still thousands of players throughout the day playing all the types on Xbox Live.

The only drawback is that you’ll need to subscribe to Xbox Live for multi-player. Obviously I think it’s worth it. Do it!

This is easily my favorite Xbox game. I love it. There’s just so much you can do, & b/c it’s live & multi-player, there’s not that much redundancy.

4 Stars Just wait till you kill a 13 year old…
Great game all around…

Graphics:

Very visually appealing. The weapons look real”ish”. The scenery is nearly flawless. The special effects are great.

Audio:

Again, great. The gunfire and explosions will leave your ears ringing (Litterally with the flashbang).

Controls:

Pretty good actually, everything becomes fairly intuitive when you get used to everything. The meelee gets some taking used to though considering that it’s a press of the right joystick.

Single player:

I haven’t bothered with much of it so far. But it seems challenging enough to a point. And the story up to date keeps me into it.

Multiplayer:

Here’s where the real fun is. The multiplayer is freaking sweet. The leveling system is fun, but horribly frustrating. You basically start out with nothing but a M16a2 or a MP5, iron sights only and some fairly weak perks. This will definatly test your metal as a player, but will seriously P*** you the F*** off when some 13 year old S***head comes running at you with a P90 on full auto while holding down the triger till he hits you enough to kill you. While the first few levels fly before your eyes, it’s almost enough to make vetran players of the series throw thier controllers into traffic. No real worries though, by time you get some decent toys, you’ll send people crying into thier basement rooms so po’d they may never log in again. Just try to be a good sport about it.

Communication:

As with all XLive games, communication almost breaks the whole game apart. Your gonna have your usual suspects here. The diehard players that scream, cry, and cuss you out because thier getting whooped on. The babies that can’t handle being killed and yell “no fair, I was reloding” or “you stole my kill” every ten seconds. The stoners that spout off about weed, d***, and fart jokes and only occaisonally back up their comments with a nice shot. And on occaison you’ll get some honest to god good players that are also good sports about it all (prefer the players, they might kick your a**, but you’ll feel good about it). If you don’t want to deal with any of these people mute comm all together and just play for some fun.

Killstreaks:

This is actually my biggest problem in the game. If your on top of the totem, I dont think you should have anything else helping you out. Three kills, you get an unmanned arial vehicle (UAV) that tells you where everyone is. At five kills, a few fighter planes will bomb a location for you. And at seven whopping kills, a helicopter will do your job for you and p*** the whole crowd off. Everything is avoidable, but it gets on my nerves personally. The UAV is cool, but I think it should have stopped there.

Leveling:

As stated before, it’s frustrating. Dealing with a M16A2 and only a M203 attached to it can get really annoying. As you level higher everything becomes better. Eventually you get challenges to complete which will allow you to access better attachments, like the ACOG scope, and better perks, like claymores and overkill. Perks really can help you out. Juggernaught (more health) users get bagged on fairly constantly, but sometimes live longer too. Mayterdom (dropping a grenade on death) users enjoy some beyond the grave kills, which annoy most, but will bring a smirk to your face (especially if you can score more then one kill off of it). Over all patience is the key. Adjust and overcome. In the begining it seems one sided, but there’s nothing better then leveling some “hotshot” 13 year old with a newbs gun and turning the tables.

Replay:

As stated, I haven’t made it through the solo mode (I enjoy multi too much to stay solo) but I would imagine it just like others, maybe go back for an achievment or two (X360), but prolly not much past that.

All in all great game. If you can get past some unfair advantages in multi, you’ll enjoy yourself. Try to remeber its just a game too. Unless your one of those high tech geeks with that goofy looking tacvest that simulates bullet shots with compressed air, your not really getting shot at.

5 Stars Call of Duty 4 GOTY Edition: 5/5
When I bought the game, I already knew what I was getting because I had it before. When I traded my PS3 and all its game in for the Xbox 360, this is one of the games I bought again. This time, the Game of the Year (GOTY) Edition. It’s great. 5/5. Best multiplayer fun online I’ve ever had. Very realistic. Graphics are awesome and the sounds are amazing. On a side note however, I bought the GOTY Edition expecting to get the free map pack. I was notified upon purchase that the GOTY Edition no longer includes that. Also, after playing the PS3 version I did find that although the quality in graphics were the same, it was a little harder–the controlling–than the PS3 version. When pressing the sprint and knife buttons (clicking the right and left analog sticks), I would sometimes accidentally throw special and stun grenades (right and left trigger buttons). It’s the shape of the 360 controller. I never had that problem with the PS3 controller. However due to Microsoft’s paid online membership of Xbox Live, the quality of playing online is a lot better than it was for the PS3 because on the 360, everyone just has a better connection.

4 Stars Great game
This game has the best multiplayer options i have ever seen. the only problem is that they should have servers that host games with lower-ranked players (when i started out, it was very hard playing against level 55’s with .50 cal rifles). Another thing, why buy GOTY when Collectors or even regular versions are being sold here, at amazon. So again, an excellent game, but don’t spend extra on GOTY. (Game Of The Year)

5 Stars great game
I find this game really fun, can’t seem to put it down. highly recommeded. rhe grafics are great and the musiv is awsome. the veriety of vehicles make this game even better. a must buy

2 Stars Let down for thos that like free roam
This is a pretty good game. I was big on the freeroam. Not into the track racing. This game does not support it. You can’t go tooling around off the tracks to just shred and do jumps anywhere in the worlds. Even in freeroam mode, if you venture off the track you get the 3 second warning.

Other than that, it’s your standard ATV Off Road Fury game.

5 Stars ATV Offroad Fury Pro
Its a pretty fun game. It has unbelievable graphics and an amazing variety of vehicles. Such as a buggy, truck, snowmobile, ATV, MX, and much more. There is online play and an online chatting feature for fans that like to chat. The online features have much more than ATV Offroad Fury Blazin’ Trails. The compitition is way easier than the last one. And this time you get points after the race. Like a sponser bonus, stunt point bonus, and a ranking bonus. I would strongly suggest this game for racing fans. Overall its a really fun game and my rating is 5 stars:)

5 Stars Great Gift for me
Ok, let me say that I did not think this would be much of a game. I travel by train a lot and needed a game to kinda keep me busy. Took it with me and almost missed my stop. You can not beat this game for under $[...]. You cant! Music is cool, controls are good, graphics are good. I say four stars but price makes it 5 stars. Dont like the other ATV games much, they are decent but this one is a real nice buy. If you dont have any racing games, give this one a try.

5 Stars One of the better PSP games
Let’s face it, the PSP doesn’t have a lot of great games. Fortunately, this is one of them. Graphics are good. Unlike a lot of racing games for PSP, it’s easy to see what’s going on. Controls are easy to master. Hard to put this game down.
