2 Stars Microcon Mayhem
While the Wireless Controller works well, if you order two, they both broadcast on the same frequency, so only one will be operational. I did not see any way to switch the second controller to an alternate frequency setting.

1 Star bad

4 Stars wireless controller
Easy to use, just plug it in and play. You don’t have to worry about getting the cord wrapped around anything.

5 Stars Great
Exactly what I needed. Order was right the first time. My controller looks kinda like a xbox360 controller.

1 Star failed remote for game cube
I received remote that would not function and had no info (until this email arrived ) on how to return or get replaced and the original packing was thrown out. Now I see it is over 30 days. would appreciate a replacement happy to return because the one I have , the remote moves the player in the wrong direction

5 Stars Great game
I had this for PS1 back in the day. But my PS1 finally died a year or two ago. I do have a PS2, but my copy of Resident Evil 2 had scratched to the point that the PS2 couldn’t read it. But, I just happen to have a Gamecube because of Resident Evil 4, so this is great! I also bought the Resident Evil Nemesis for Gamecube for the same reason. They are both really good, and haven’t lost anything in the transfer from PS1 to Gamecube. But I wouldn’t recommend Resident Evil 0 or 1 for Gamecube. I didn’t like those. Get Resident Evil 1 Director’s Cut for Playstation, that one is better.

3 Stars Resident Evil 2,The Horror’s Back….sort of
First of all let me say that my introduction into the Resident Evil series was R.E.4 which is considered by many (so far including myself) to be the pinnacle of the series in spite of a few of its quirks. Also playing the Gamecube version of the original Resident Evil afterwards while not overall as good was still a fantastic game as far as giving me a good, girly scream inducing, scare. Sound design, graphics and sometimes unintentionally funny dialogs were what made these games good. Now it is true that starting with the best of the series unfortunately means that I have nowhere to go but down. However I didn’t know that R.E.1 and 4 were the best at the time. That being said you can imagine my mix of astonishment and disappointment when I put in R.E.2 expecting an amazing remake like R.E.1 and get a slightly jazzed up PS1 game on the Gamecube. Now one might think that graphics aren’t truly essential for a good horror video game experience and to them I’d say your right, to an extent. However the only (very) slightly upgraded graphics of R.E.2 on the Gamecube (arguably having some of the best graphics of the previous gen consoles) is like expecting to get a five star meal at a high class restaurant and receiving a plate of day old hamburger helper. The graphics make the humans and zombies look robotic the scenery look ugly and unfortunately the creepy atmosphere is diminished to the extent of me needing to turn off the lights and have Freddy Kruger standing next to me to feel scared sometimes. The sound design and surprise zombie attacks still are enough to make me jump out of my visually under-stimulated skin every now and then. The voice acting is still as funny as always due to it being so over the top it could jump over Mount Everest while still trying to be serious. As usual the game-play mechanics are slow and clunky and you never have control of the camera which I suppose is meant to aid in the fear that a super zombie could charge you at any time and you’re caught unprepared with dwindling health and amo but after a while it is just irritating. You are also limited to the amount of items you can carry like weapons, health items, keys, amo, or even some piece of a puzzle. Right away this is annoying because if you get to a puzzle that requires an item you stored at the last save point then you need to run all the way back, get it and return to solve the puzzle while making the choice between health items and amo. I suppose that these are all elements that are standard for the series but even so they are annoying. The point I’m trying to get to is that this game is average. That being said if your looking for a game to give you a good scare then you could do worse but if a scare is what you really want then ignore R.E.2 and get something like Silent Hill 2. This is an ok game if you’re a fan of the series (which I partially am) and if you are then I give a small recommendation. If you’re just looking for any game with zombies then you’d get a better experience with Dead Rising, R.E.1 or heck just watch a George Romero film and play with the remote control. Now let it be known that in trying to write a review for a game I look at it not as a fan but as a level-headed person just looking for a game to play depending on interests so here is a preemptive “I don’t care” to all the obsessive fan-boys (or fan-girls) and I will not be changing the score. It got an average score and it should be happy with that.

KONAMI Silent Hill 2 ( Playstation 2 )

2 Stars US game could not be played in Austria
Game was sent promptly and in a very good condition, but it couldn’t be played in european GameCube

5 Stars It’s just a port of the old one but still an amazing game.
It may just be a port of the Playstation version, but who gives? It’s a must have for RE fans and in my opinion, it is the best of the classic RE games. Corny voice acting and crappy graphics but it’s a port from the PS1 so you gotta understand, it’s not a remake. This game is decent in every way such as your damage meter, enemy hit points, inventory spaces, to health rejuvination item amounts, ammo, puzzles and boss difficulty and

how frequent enemies appear(on EASY MODE. Don’t try playing normal unless you are an expert.). I give the gameplay a 4.6 and the overall a 4.8.

5 Stars res 2
if a resident evil fan a must buy. changing dish from 1 @ 2 to 2 @ 1 changes game play.

Gamecube Controller Black

User Ratings and Reviews

4 Stars Good and cheap
I needed 4 of these and, being a poor college student, wasn’t looking to spend much money. These were just the right thing, cheap and name-brand. They were listed as used “good condition”, but it hasn’t been an issue. Especially due to the fact that they don’t get used on a daily basis.

Also, very fast shipping, although the tracking wasn’t very impressive.

Overall, I am very pleased.

4 Stars Gamecube controller, platinum
Great product, works great too. The only problem I had was that when I ordered it said the shipment would be trackable so I didn’t worry, shipping was critical since it had to arrive before a certain date in order for me to receive it…. found out no tracking once purchased and all I was told, after communicating with the seller, was “don’t worry it’ll get there”, which didn’t help. It did arrive, at the last possible moment and under the wire and I would have been more comfortable if I had been told the truth. Don’t promise something if it will not be done, is all.

5 Stars Definite Need!
What can I say, an extra controller always comes in handy. Gamecube takes upto four controllers so get them if you can.

5 Stars gc controller
for the price, the quality is great…..half the cost of a regular nintendo controller and works just as good….

3 Stars Beware the Picture
Beware this product–it’s not a bad one, it simply isn’t what the picture leads one to believe. I purchased this under the pretense that it was a Gamecube Original part, because that’s what the picture shows. However, when I received it, I found it to be a third party knock-off with no badging whatsoever. Buyer beware.

GameCube Memory Card 1019

May 2nd, 2009

GameCube Memory Card 1019

This Memory Card allows you to save up to 1019 blocks of game information. That’s more than fourtimes the memory of the GCN Memory Card 251. The number of blocks needed to save your game information will vary from game to game. You will only be able to save or load game information for games that are designed to use Memory Cards.

User Ratings and Reviews

3 Stars Easily corrupted when used in Wii.
I’ve had this card for several years, and it wasn’t until I started using the backwards compatibility feature of the Wii to play GameCube games that my 1019 Memory Card became corrupted. Years of game save data gone, like that.

I did a little research, and found that this was very common. Many people were having the same exact problem and it was only with the Wii and only with the 1019 size memory card. My advice? Use a smaller size card or ONLY use it in the actual GameCube system and not the Wii.

2 Stars Love/Hate Memory Card
I loved this memory card. I had all my information saved on it. This is now the reason I hate it. This memory card corrupted for me. I lost EVERYTHING for Gamecube as far as saved information goes. I am an extreme gamer, and the information lost was cumulative WEEKS of time of my life lost. The 1019 blocks is a lot and I would have 5-starred it until now. Now it gets 2 stars. It would have gotten one star if I didn’t love it while it worked. The fact of the matter is: there are too many blocks in this memory card to provide stability. The more information you save on to it, the more like Jenga it becomes until it finally topples and corrupts. You would be better off buying four 251 block memory cards.

5 Stars Good card . Fulfiled its purpose. No problems.
I had submitted a review before. What happened to it? Hope I do not have to do this again. My son says its good. Delivery was prompt and arrived within projected time. No problems.

5 Stars Lots of memory
A great buy if you need lots of memory for your gamecube definitely helped me lol i have too many games.

4 Stars Memory card arrived in great condition
This was one of the few places I could find a 1019 original GC memory card online. Was having problems with the Wii over a 3rd party memory card so I bought this one to prevent any future corrupted saves!

Animal Crossing

Animal Crossing

Animal Crossing lets you cross over into a whole new world where you experience real-time exploration

User Ratings and Reviews

5 Stars One of the greatest Gamecube games.
This is a simple concept, and maybe not enough action to please anyone. If you have some kick butt game, get this to cool your heels. You’lll probaly play it more.

5 Stars Fantastic game!
This is my 8 year old daughter’s review: “I really like the owl, at the museum, and all the other characters, but my favorite is the owl, because he is always asleep. It’s fun because you can make people mad! It is a good game!” I really really like it!

5 Stars The Sims for animals
Animal crossing is a fun game. I’m a 9 year old girl and I like it because you can dig, talk to friends, and decorate your house. I don’t like the work much, but hey, how else are you supposed to pay for things. You can create up to 4 characters and each can give a lot of different opportunities. If you are a young kid like me, then Animal Crossing should be right up your alley.

5 Stars Still playing this game
I’ve had this game since it came out. I still play it, even though I have since bought Wild World and City Folk. It’s very addicting, even now.

The concept of the game is simple: you are a human living amoung animals in a small village. You live day to day, doing pretty much whatever you want. There always seems to be options as to what you could be doing, making this game great for replaying. It changes everyday. It’s also the kind of game where if you don’t have that much time, you can spend a few minutes shopping, making delieveries, or something small. It’s a surprisingly intricate game. You eventually discover little tricks for earning money. When you think you are done (i.e. got the biggest house), there is still something else for you to improve. There is always something to do. Animals move in and out of the town all the time, so even your neighbors change. Seasons change with time, and weather changes by the day.

There are some great features to this game that I wish they would have carried over to Wild World and City Folk. For example, you can collect and play NES games. It’s sad that they removed this part. I’m also disappointed that they removed changed the music from this game to the others. It’s the best music of the series. You wouldn’t think that it’s that big of a deal, but I’ve found myself playing just so I can relax to the songs.

It might not be the game for you if you are really into action. This is the thing I play when I want to take a break from the violent games and just chill for a bit in an alternate world.

5 Stars A way to live…
In 2002 Nintendo released Animal Crossing, a E rated game. I was a person that loves Zelda. They had a lot of items to collect. They let you play NES games. The time I heard that I was like 0-o. A raccoon named Tom Nook (he’s annoying)sells and buys loads of anything (ANYTHING). You have a house that you furnish with any crap you please. It has N64 graphics. I do not approve of that. A con!!!!!! Now I love this more than anything in the video game universe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
