Call of Duty World at War

Go to war in the final tension-filled, unforgiving battles against a new ferocious enemy in the most dangerous and suspenseful action ever seen in WWII. Call of Duty: World at War completely changes the rules of engagement by redefining WWII gaming. It brings an uncensored edge to combat, as soldiers face the most harrowing and climatic European and Pacific battles. From the remains of Russia and the ruins of Berlin, to the beach and jungles of the deadly Pacific Theater, the volatile action takes on added depth as you employ new features that previously were only available in multiplayer, including perks, rankings and online stats in up-to full four-player cooperative gameplay.

5 Stars Yes, I’ve died many times under the Iron Cross!!!!
Really…what are you doing reading a review when you should be playing this game!?! In fact what am I doing writing one…when I could be on-line using my SVT to great effect.
By now you’ve gathered that I love this game. And really I’ve never played a game that I enjoyed as much as this one. And to be clear, the game that I am talking about is the one played on-line. The energy, the visuals and the sounds just fold you into this game in a way that really makes for a visceral experience. The distant barks of the pack of savage dogs makes your palms sweaty as you prepare for the frantic encounter…which the dogs tend to win. And of course the cry of a hapless foe as a sticky grenade lands on them. Oh what fun!!!
Be sure to play the War mode on-line and experience the savagery and the furious action as both sides battle to win and hold specific objectives on the battlefield. There is no better feeling than rushing onto the objective after minutes of ferocious combat and then to hear your team’s victory anthem playing.
Really not much more to say. This game is great and you need to play it…short and sweet. I am Vonderheydte and I’ll see you on the field of battle…Together we’ll die under the Iron Cross.
5 Stars Call of Duty: World at War is Superfantastico!
I purchased this game because it had an online co-op feature. You can play 1-4 player online co-op which is a blast.
After beating the game in just a couple of nights, I quickly came to release the great replay value on this game. Collecting cheat cards throughout the missions and completing dozens of special challenges earns you experience points for you to go up in rank. Experience can also be earned by playing in the online multiplayer mode which also has it’s own set of challenges to gain even more experience.
Let’s not even mention the frantic closed in feeling you get from fighting Nazi Zombies!
5 Stars its essentially CoD4…but not. buy it!
i mean i dont have time for a full on review but i mean the game is awsum the animations are sweet. theres blood and body parts everywhere when someone wrecks you…of course the multiplayer, like call 4, is one of the greatest ever. they have bigger maps and a zombie level….its a legit game….BUY IT you’ll play it for hours….hate it….then love it again. the one problem that i have is SOMETIMES they spawn you right in front of the enemy….but i mean cmon…
5 Stars Countless hours of multiplayer
I play everyday on online. It’s a blast every single time. I’ve also downloaded the new map pack for $10 on Playstation Network. If you like first person shooter, you can’t go wrong on this one.
4 Stars I am Super Wife.
Bought this for my husband for Christmas and he loves it, plays it non-stop. I’m not even a gamer but can recognize the great graphics and fun play!

Call of duty is the best game that we can play and i am a huge fan.
